We are hiring for Sr. Executive-Sales (Commercial Space/Mall), for Real Estate Company, Noida.
Preferably MBA/PGDBM Candidates having minimum 2-5 year experience and good knowledge of Commercial Space/Mall Selling.
1. Managing high end Commercial Sales, Sourcing potential leads from Channel Partners, HNIs & their references.
2. Presenting the products to customers and channel partners.
3. Negotiating with the HNIs & converting leads into Sale deals in High Value / Bulk Deal transactions.
4. Targeting investor groups and designing products/propositions which will help in closing bulk sales.
5. Proven Track record in the market Place.
6. Good Exposure to Channel Sales/Associates network.
7. Sound Communication with negotiation skills.
8. Sale of Commercial projects individually as well as through channel partners.
9. Creating new channel partners and driving sales through them.
10. Maintaining good relation with existing and new channel partners.
11. Achieving sales target.
